Six 5A Projects! 16 Wind and Solar Projects of Concord New Energy Rated as Superior Farms and Stations in 2023

Recently, the China Electricity Council  printed and distributed the Notice on Announcing the Benchmarking Results of Photovoltaic Power Generation Operation Indicators in the Power Sector in 2023 (Ke Ji [2024] No. 50) and Notice on Announcing the Benchmarking Results of Wind Power Operation Indicators in the Power Sector in 2023 (Ke Ji [2024] No. 55). In the results of the comprehensive benchmarking and comparison and appraisal of production and operation indicators of wind farms and photovoltaic power stations in China in 2023, several projects of Concord New Energy Group had good results again. A total of 16 wind farms and photovoltaic power stations received the honor of Superior Farms and Stations. Among them, Liaoning Fuxin Hailiban Wind Farm, Anhui Wuhe Jindashan Wind Farm, Hubei Jingmen Lixi Wind Farm, and Hunan Jianghua Qiaotoupu Wind Farm won the title of 5A Wind Farm. Hebei Nandagang Photovoltaic Power Station and Qinghai Dachaidan Phase 1 Photovoltaic Power Station won the title of 5A Photovoltaic Power Station.

It is worth mentioning that Qiaotoupu Wind Farm has got the highest evaluation of 5A in its province for six consecutive years, Lixi Wind Farm five consecutive years, Wuhe Jindashan Wind Farm four consecutive years, and Dachaidan Phase 1 Photovoltaic Power Station two consecutive years. These achievements not only show the group’s excellent operation capability and high management level in the area of renewable energy but also set a new benchmark for the promotion of the development of green and clean energy.

A total of 3,485 wind farms from 52 power generation groups and 2,507 photovoltaic power stations from 41 power generation groups participated in this comparison and appraisal and benchmarking. 24 wholly-owned wind power projects of Concord New Energy Group participated in the comparison and appraisal. Among them, 11 projects were rated as Superior Wind Farms. The number of Superior Wind Farms of the group accounted for 45.83% of the number of wind farms submitted by the group. Eight wholly-owned photovoltaic projects participated in the comparison and appraisal. Among them, five projects were rated as Superior Photovoltaic Power Stations. The number of Superior Power Stations of the group accounted for 62.5% of the number of power stations submitted by the group.
